Account: The customer profile created on our website for the purpose of submitting orders.

Business Day: A day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in England and Wales.

Company: Promino Collections, including its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives.

Contract: The agreement for the sale of goods between you and us.

Delivery Fee: Any charges incurred for delivering products to you.

VAT: Value Added Tax applicable in the United Kingdom.

Order: A customer request to purchase products submitted via our website.

2. Access and Use of the Website

  • You must comply with all applicable UK laws when accessing and using this website.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Artwork must be supplied in vector format where required. Additional artwork setup charges may apply.
  • Full payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

  • Dispatch timelines vary depending on product type, customisation requirements, and order quantity.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission, provided production has not commenced.
  • Custom-branded or printed products are non-returnable unless faulty or defective.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Any defective or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographic evidence.
  • Faults resulting from misuse, improper handling, or negligence are not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
  • Our total liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the affected goods.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
